3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard Bookings: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
- With Trip Protection: Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the tour.
- All changes must be made through the FareHarbor booking platform.
- No refunds or rescheduling after the applicable window closes.
4. Participant Information & Waivers
- Primary contact must provide name, email, phone number, and dietary restrictions.
- All participants must sign a waiver with name, email, and digital signature.
- Participation is not allowed without a completed waiver.
5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
We try to accommodate dietary restrictions disclosed in advance. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Participation is at your own risk.
6. Tour Changes and Weather
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to weather, venue closures, or unforeseen events. Full refunds or rescheduling will be offered through FareHarbor.
