Our team is made up of passionate food lovers, talented storytellers, and proud Angelenos who are dedicated to making every tour unforgettable.

Our team is united by a deep love of food, storytelling, and Los Angeles. Founded by two world travelers who are also accomplished home cooks, our company was built on a passion for great flavors and meaningful connections. We’ve handpicked a team of local guides who are not only true food lovers, but also talented storytellers—many of whom work as actors and comedians in LA’s entertainment scene. With backgrounds in food service, restaurant kitchens, and a deep-rooted connection to the neighborhoods we tour, our guides bring every tour to life with humor, heart, and insider knowledge. Their energy, warmth, and expertise ensure that every guest leaves with a full belly, a deeper appreciation for LA’s culture, and a truly memorable experience.

Our Management Team

Nneka Williams, Founder and Chief Creator

I’m Nneka (pronounced Neeka), the founder of Delicious Dish Tours. I’m a native of New York City and the daughter of a trained chef and cookbook collector who grew up eating spectacular restaurant quality food at home. As a kid, I developed a taste for a diverse range of cuisines and would try anything put in front of me.

As an adult, I have had the opportunity to travel the world to sample these cuisines in their countries of origin, where they are at their most authentic. The food knowledge I have gained on my travels has influenced my home cooking and has spurred me to build a cookbook collection of my own. I derive great joy from learning and eating, and I have started Delicious Dish Tours in an effort to share my passion for diverse food cultures with others.

My goal is to help curious foodies learn more about the cuisines which exist in the communities which they visit and inspire them to try cooking some of these dishes at home. I also strive to support the restaurant industry, which has been recovering from the difficulties caused by Covid-19. Too many excellent restaurants have recently been forced to close, and my hope is that Delicious Dish Tours will be a positive and consistent source of revenue for the restaurants we visit. My ultimate goal in building this business is to make people happy through food. I welcome tour guests and restaurants to join me on this exciting culinary journey!

Geoff Hardy, Operations Manager

I’m Geoff, Nneka’s partner in everything, including Delicious Dish Tours. I grew up in Minnesota, where the traditional local food is not well-known for being full of flavor, but I was the weird kid who wanted to eat all the jalapenos in the nachos at the baseball stadium.

After college, I moved to Boston where I experienced Chinatown and the Italian North End, exploring global food culture for the first time. I was a late bloomer, but now I’ve traveled with Nneka to over 75 countries, and I’m willing to try anything at least once – even insects in Asia and guinea pigs in Peru. I often order the weirdest or the spiciest thing on the menu, and I look forward to helping introduce tour guests to unexpected but delicious foods from our restaurant partners!
